1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jill7 platform at jill7.cam (the "Platform"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "You") and jill7 ("we," "us," or "the Company").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of jill7 after any published amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on jill7, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling under PAGCOR regulations in the Republic of the Philippines. We strictly enforce this requirement through mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing jill7 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is permitted. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jill7 or by any other gaming authority including PAGCOR.
• Not an employee: You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or agent of jill7, nor an immediate family member of such a person.

jill7 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension or termination.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on jill7. Opening duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any additional accounts detected may be permanently closed, and all balances and bonuses therein may be forfeited without notice.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly if they change. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including but not limited to a false name, date of birth, or address — is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jill7 login credentials. You agree to notify jill7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. jill7 will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

3.4 KYC Verification

jill7 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, UMID, PhilHealth, Driver's License, or Passport) and proof of address. Processing of withdrawal requests may be held pending KYC completion.

4. Deposits & Payments

jill7 accepts deposits through the following payment channels available to Philippine-based players:

• GCash
• PayMaya (Maya)
• BPI (Bank of the Philippine Islands) Online Transfer
• BDO (Banco De Oro) Online Transfer
• Metrobank Online Transfer

The minimum deposit amount is ₱200. jill7 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees. Deposits are credited to your jill7 wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment network.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your jill7 account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• Standard processing time is within 24 hours for verified accounts; GCash withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes during business hours.
• jill7 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended if jill7 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

Any winnings derived from a bonus must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. Refer to Section 6 for bonus-specific withdrawal conditions.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by jill7 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. Unless otherwise stated, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only, subject to age and jurisdiction requirements.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (wagering requirement) before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement will be stated in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

jill7 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to exploiting welcome bonuses through multiple accounts, use of arbitrage strategies, or coordinated play to artificially satisfy wagering requirements. Where bonus abuse is detected, jill7 reserves the right to void the bonus, forfeit winnings derived from it, and permanently close the offending account(s).

7. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on jill7 — including slots, bingo, Dragon Fishing, Piggy Gold, live dealer tables, and sports betting — operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live-certified outcomes. Game RNGs are independently tested by accredited third-party laboratories to ensure randomness and fairness in compliance with PAGCOR standards.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that interrupts a game round, jill7's system logs will be the definitive record of bets placed and outcomes generated. jill7 reserves the right to void game rounds if a verifiable technical fault has occurred that would otherwise produce an erroneous result. In such cases, the original wager amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

Game rules specific to each title are published within the game interface and in the jill7 Help Centre. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand game rules before wagering real money.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jill7. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balances:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, falsifying identity documents, or engaging in any deceptive activity.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Money laundering: Using jill7 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of illegal activity. jill7 is legally obligated to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software glitches, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour toward jill7 staff or other players through any communication channel.

jill7 cooperates fully with Philippine law enforcement and PAGCOR investigations. Where criminal activity is suspected, jill7 will provide relevant account records and transaction data to the appropriate authorities.

9. Responsible Gaming

jill7 is deeply committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We recognise that gambling, while entertaining for most players, can become problematic for some. As a PAGCOR-regulated operator, we are required to provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through your account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Restrict the duration of individual gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic in-game notifications about your session duration and total wagers placed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on jill7.cam — including but not limited to the jill7 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game assets, software, and written content — is the exclusive intellectual property of jill7 or its licensed third-party providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without jill7's prior written consent.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jill7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical malfunction or service interruption.
• Gambling losses resulting from your own decisions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

jill7's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by applicable law.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

Your use of jill7 is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in accordance with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines.

jill7 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Data shared with payment processors (e.g., GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank) is limited to what is necessary to process your transactions and is governed by those providers' own privacy policies.

13. Termination & Account Closure

jill7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where:

• A player breaches any provision of these Terms.
• jill7 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement, or court order.
• A player's account shows no activity for a continuous period of 12 months (dormant account). Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱50 per month after the dormancy threshold is reached, provided the account balance permits.
• jill7 ceases operations in the relevant jurisdiction.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting jill7 support at [email protected]. Any remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be refunded to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jill7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to players via email or a prominent in-site notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Non-material corrections may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of jill7 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amendments take effect.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of jill7 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

jill7 operates under the oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any complaint that cannot be resolved through jill7's internal support process may be escalated to PAGCOR through their official channels.

The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through negotiation or PAGCOR mediation.
